It has been 10 weeks since I had Cavitation Surgery. A lot has happened in the past few weeks with the excitement of Stem Cells! I can finally say that I experienced some positive results from my Cavitation Surgery! Yay!  The recovery was very, very difficult. It took me over a month before I started feeling back to where I was pre-surgery or better.

Stem Cells: Week 2

I am officially at the 2 week mark post Stem Cells!  I am definitely into the "crash weeks" of the 100 days. I had a really lazy day on Sunday and did not make it out of my PJs, though the overcast weather probably contributed to that. It felt good to have a day to just rest as I think I was still recovering from the travel home.

100 Days Of Stem Cells

Well, I am officially into my 100 Day Stem Cell Recalibration period! A lot of people have been asking me if I feel better or if I am cured, and the short answer is NO, but donโ€™t let that answer scare you!  Stem Cells are not an overnight fix or cure for Lyme Disease. As with all Lyme Treatments, I am going to feel worse before I feel better. The Stem Cells also do not specifically treat or kill Lyme, so the answer may confuse people as to how they are going to help me.

Stem Cells At Infusio Frankfurt

I am back from getting Stem Cells at Infusio in Frankfurt! Overall the entire process was pretty amazing. I am really glad I went to Germany for my Stem Cells. Everything went smoothly, was easy and not stressful at all. It was also a nice perk to have a little bit of a vacation. I got to do some sightseeing mixed in with my treatments and cash in some of my travel awards I have been accumulating as I pay for my Lyme Treatments.

I'm Getting Stem Cells!

Stem Cells are the next big step in my treatments and I am hoping one of the last. Overall I feel 50-60% better most days. My remaining symptoms are mostly in my brain. Brain fog, memory issues, focus, cognitive issues and neurological issues. I also still struggle with fatigue, tiring very easy, massive food allergies and Autoimmune Conditions that were triggered on because of Lyme. Thymus Therapy did help a lot with my energy, but it has dipped post cavitation surgery so I am hoping once I am fully recovered from surgery my energy will go back to where it was pre-surgery or better.

I have now been in very intense treatments for just over two years and feel 80% better most days.
