Rosemary Dressing

_DSC6334.jpg

This rosemary dressing is easy to make on a whim. It uses a few pantry staples along with fresh lemon juice and rosemary, which are excellent flavors with heartier lettuces like endive or radicchio, but will really go with any greens you have on hand. Be sure to use fresh rosemary when you make this; it has a more robust taste than dried and is simply irreplaceable.
