Whipped Tahini & Crudite Platter

Looking for an easy gorgeous appetizer to serve guests? Look no further. This whipped tahini and crudite platter is not only beautiful, it’s healthy, and quick to throw together! Perfect to make in the summer with all the fresh produce that is available. Your guests will keep going back for bites!

Ingredients

SAUCE

1 cup tahini 
2 lemons, juiced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder 
½ teaspoon salt 
¼ cup olive oil and extra for drizzling at the end (use code TRAILTOHEALTH for 10% off)
Water, as needed to thin sauce, I used about ½ cup  
Paprika, optional

VEGGIES

4 carrots, peeled 
3 Persian cucumbers, sliced
1 cup snap peas 
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
1 bunch radishes 
4 watermelon radishes, thinly sliced  
4 sticks celery 
1 head of radicchio, sliced

Directions

1. Combine the tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a food processor. Pulse a few times and add water to thin the sauce to the desired consistency. 

2. Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle a little paprika on top.

3. Arrange prepared veggies on a platter around the bowl of tahini.
